General Shipping Policy
RuddStore.com offers several methods of shipping your order. You will be given the option of choosing your shipping method at checkout. The shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Items ship within 5 days of order, usually on the next day.
Spray Gun Shipping Policy
We pay the shipping cost for all items in the Spray Gun and Accessories category. Items in this category ordered before 3:00pm PST will ship the same day and shipped via UPS ground. Orders placed after 3:00pm PST will be sent the following day. Orders containing items from the Equipment category and another category will be subject to the General Shipping Policy and may be sent separately. Please contact us with any questions or to arrange a different shipping method. Our goal is to have all equipment items in stock, but if we don"t, you will be notified immediately.
Returns / Exchanges
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping the product.
All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip, a return authorization number, and be safely re-packed. Please use UPS or FedEx shipping methods and retain your tracking number until the credit is issued. Lost returned shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. RuddStore.com will inspect all returns for damage before a credit will be issued.
